EASYBASKETT
Easybaskett is the tilting pot for water-based dishes: soups, stews, boiled dishes, broths and milk- and rice-based products in large quantities, including acidic foods.
Easybaskett is built in 100, 150, 200, 300 and 500 litre capacities, with gas, electric or steam heating, in direct or indirect versions. Tilting is always motorised, which makes operation, cleaning and maintenance easier.
In the indirect versions, the jacket system prevents food from sticking to the bottom and walls of the vessel. Jacket pressure is 0.5 bar (PMKIE100/150 models are only available with 1.5 bar jacket pressure and closed circuit), and maximum temperature is 105 °C.
The three-quarter jacket is very well insulated for high thermal efficiency. The jacket water level is always monitored, and automatic loading is available on IG and IE models.
Equipment
- Motorised tilting: Always standard.
- Mixing tap: Hot and cold water with adjustable spout.
- Jacket level check: Optional automatic loading (IG, IE).
- 3/4 jacket: Excellent insulation, high thermal efficiency.
- Drain valve (optional): Stainless steel ball, butterfly or chromed brass.
- Gas heating: Stainless steel tubular burners, continuous spark ignition, pilot flame, min/max valve, thermocouple safety.
- Electric heating: INCOLOY-800 armoured elements with thermostat and pressure switch.
