FTC – Firex Touch Control
The touch-panel control of Firex machines.
The FTC electronic board is a practical, intuitive interface for setting and storing every function. Programmes are a touch away, and the machine monitors every phase of the process.
Functions: manual mode; multilingual messages; °C/°F and litre/gallon units; creating and editing programmes; preset cooking modes; up to three temperature probes; USB connection for HACCP and recipe backup and software updates; self-testing; tilting and return control; mixing programmes with direction, speed, time and pause settings; automatic water loading with litre meter.
The adjustable temperature range depends on the machine: Cucimix 20–220 °C, Betterpan 50–250 °C, Baskett 50–100 °C, Multicooker 20–110 °C. Figaro Touch Control also connects to the “Open kitchen” cloud platform.
