AISI 304 and AISI 316 steel
Stainless steel for long service life and hygiene.
Firex machines are built in stainless steel. Vessels in contact with acidic products – such as the Baskett vessel and the Multicooker baskets – are AISI 316 steel; the Betterpan pressure lid and feet, the Dreener Line tank and the Easybratt bottom are AISI 304 steel.
The stainless construction is easy to clean, withstands everyday use in large kitchens and keeps the machines reliable over the long term.
